Wallball

Your wallball routine

Adopt the correct posture : be on your toes (like a ninja)!
25x right and 25x left for each exercise

Regular
Get your stick and both hands warmed up

Tough Grabs
Force a “bad pass” and make the catch (i.e. across the body, low ball, …)

Quick Stick
Higher the upper hand on the stick, catch the ball softly above shoulder and release it
(Quick doesn't mean fast --> Get the technique right before speeding it up!)

Throw in a Fake or Two
Practice the triple threat (fake to the wall but also left and right), keep your feet active

Split it in Mid-Air
Pass right, split, catch left, pass left, split, catch right, …

Split Dodge
Change hands after each catch

Face Dodge
Face dodge after every catch, come back to the same hand and continue

Low Cradle
Accentuate the low cradle behind your back before a pass

Bouncer
(1) Pass, wall, bounce & catch and (2) pass, bounce, wall & catch
Why not combining ‘Spliting it in mid-air’ and (1)? Other combinations?

Tricks and BTBs
Sharpen the tools before you take them out of the shed

What's next
Make it fun and work on your weaknesses & bring some music!
